Handling Gas Safely

Always Upright

Store cylinders upright in a cool, ventilated area. Never lay them flat – even for transport. A fallen cylinder can leak liquid gas, increasing fire risk.

Soapy Water Test

Once connected, apply soapy water to the valve and regulator. Bubbles mean a leak – close the valve immediately.

Clear Zone

Keep your cylinder at least 1.5m away from stoves, open flames, electrical sockets, and drains. A clear space means a safe space.
